Why Hume?
Hume is ideal for accommodating groups of many sizes. Our grounds and facilities are tucked away in the heart of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, situated at 5200 ft. in elevation. A perfect location to relax, replenish, retreat and reconnect.

We offer an array of excellent amenities: delicious meals, comfortable lodging, quality meeting venues, and engaging activities for your group. IMPORTANT
Some older mapping services will suggest you take the 245. It is a curvy, winding road that will take you at least an additional hour. DO NOT take 245!
We provide:

We do not offer free guest WiFi at this point in time. We do offer Internet for a fee; however, the speeds here are not fast. Purchase at your own risk.
Hume Ministries is a non-denominational, non-profit organization.
We can accommodate groups of up to 1500 guests, depending on the season. The minimum group size we accommodate is 50, but we are always open to discussing a smaller group on a case-by-case basis.
Hume Ministries is known for it’s programmed camps and retreats. We provide the program (speakers, worship, lead all meetings), activities (including recreation games), meals, and lodging.
For guest groups, we provide meals, lodging and facilities and let you plan the programming and schedule. Activities are provided for additional fees.
We will only offer a 100% refund for cancellations directly related to COVID-19 infection.
